The site is informational: menus, cocktails, wines, events, visit, and contact. It is not a table contract by itself.

Use of the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the service, scrape data without permission, or submit illegal or abusive content through forms.

Text, photos, marks, and design belong to PyP Restaurant or its licensors. Do not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Reservations and OpenTable

Table reservations are confirmed on OpenTable. That service has its own terms and privacy policy. Seat inventory is managed there, not on this site.

A reservation or tasting request is not confirmed until the restaurant or the platform confirms it.

Events, prices, and menus

Prices, hours, and availability of dishes, wines, and events may change without notice. Photos are illustrative.

Tastings and events may have their own rules (age, payment, cancellation). If there is a conflict, the event page or written confirmation from the restaurant controls.

Forms and messages

If you write to us or join the list, you allow us to reply about your message. Promotional email is sent only with express consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Do not send sensitive medical data, card numbers, or passwords through the forms.

Third-party links

The site may link to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, OpenTable, and others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by Puerto Rico law, PyP Restaurant is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, site outages, or typographical errors in menus or hours.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude (for example, willful misconduct or personal injury from restaurant negligence, which is separate from these website terms).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Disputes about the site will be heard in the competent courts in Caguas, Puerto Rico, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date is above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the current version.
