Data we collect

Data you give us: name, email, phone, and the message or interests you submit through contact, the list, or a tasting request.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring page, and the consent cookie. We also store accessibility settings in this browser.

We do not collect payment data on this site. Table reservations are made on OpenTable.

How we use it

To reply to messages and event or tasting requests.

To send news email only if you gave consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.

To run the site, remember your cookie choice and accessibility settings, and prevent form abuse.

Legal basis and retention

We process data because you asked us to (a reply), because you consented (the list), or because we need to run the site securely.

We keep contacts and messages as long as needed to help you and keep a reasonable floor history, or until you ask us to delete them where the law allows.

Who we share it with

Vendors that help us run the site and mail: hosting on Cloudflare, transactional email (ZeptoMail or Brevo), and Brevo for the list if you subscribe.

OpenTable, Google Maps, Instagram, or Facebook receive data only if you use those services (reserve, map, or social). Each has its own policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Necessary cookies remember whether you accepted the notice (pyp-consent) and your accessibility preferences. We do not use advertising or ad-tracking cookies.

You can limit cookies in your browser. If you block necessary ones, some features (such as remembering your choice) will not persist.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw marketing consent, by writing to contact@pyprestaurant.com. We will handle the request in a reasonable time.

If you live in a place with extra rights (for example certain U.S. states or the EEA), we will honor them to the extent they apply to this site.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child sent us data, write to us so we can delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date is above. If a change is material and you have an active subscription, we will try to notify you on the same channel.
